I was introduced to USANA in 2004 by my sister, April. We had lost our mom to breast cancer less than 2 years ago and we had put our health as our top priority. I had taken numerous products over the years and was still searching for a company that we could trust our health too. Within three months of taking The Essentials, I could not believe the difference in my energy level throughout the day, how sound I was sleeping at night and how amazing my skin looked. There has not been a day since that I have no started and ended my day with the USANA nutritionals. I now take The Essentials, Biomega (fish oil), Proflavanol (grape seed extract), CoQuinone (CoQ10) and Hepasil (liver support).
